At 4:41 p.m. EDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing damaging wind gusts, loonie to ping pong ball size hail and heavy rain.

Thunderstorm Location: Portland to Prescott

Motion: Moving east at 50 km/h

Hazards: Wind: damaging (90 - 110 km/h) Hail: Up to toonie size (up to 3.0 cm) Rain: heavy (30 - 50 mm) Risk of a tornado.

Locations in the Path: Toledo, North Augusta, Algonquin, Maitland, Maynard, Domville, Prescott, Johnstown
