Yellow Warning - Severe Thunderstorm

At 8:31 p.m. EDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing damaging wind gusts and heavy rain.

This storm is located 40 kilometres east of Deep River and is tracking eastward at 40 kilometres per hour.

Damage to roofs, fences, soft shelters or trees is likely.

Severe thunderstorms can produce tornadoes.

Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
