What: Total rainfall amounts possibly reaching 40 to 60 millimetres.

When: through the end of the night.

Where: Montreal, Vaudreuil and Montérégie

Additional information: A nearly stationary warm front associated with a low pressure system sliding south of the border will give conditions favourable for the passage of bands of heavy rain over the areas mentioned above.

Water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas. Visibility will likely be suddenly reduced at times.

Rainfall warnings are issued when significant impacts are expected due to rainfall amounts.
