At 5:32 a.m. EDT, a line of severe thunderstorms is located from Brechin to Bayshore Village then to Churchill. These severe thunderstorms are moving east at 50 km/h. Strong wind gusts, up to quarter size hail and heavy rain are possible.

Locations and nearby areas that could be impacted include: Newmarket, Richmond Hill, Lindsay, Markham, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa

Heavy rain with low visibilities and giving 30 to 50 millimetres in less than an hour are the main hazards this morning.
