Yellow Warning - Severe Thunderstorm

At 8:44 p.m. MDT, a line of severe thunderstorms is located from about East Prairie Metis Settlement to 40 km northwest of Whitecourt then to 30 km west of Evansburg. These severe thunderstorms are moving northeast at 55 km/h. Damaging wind gusts and heavy rain are possible.

Locations and nearby areas that could be impacted include: Whitecourt, Joussard, Blue Ridge, Faust, Sangudo, Swan Hills, Kinuso, Cherhill

Damage to roofs, fences, soft shelters or trees is likely. There is a risk of injury. Driving conditions will likely be difficult.
