At 6:45 p.m. EDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing strong wind gusts, loonie to ping pong ball size hail and heavy rain.

Thunderstorm Location: Over Big Chute

Motion: Moving northeast at 30 km/h

Hazards: Hail: quarter to ping pong ball size (2.5 to 4 cm) Wind: strong (up to 90 km/h)

Locations in the Path: Six Mile Lake Provincial Park, Bala, Hardy Lake Provincial Park, Port Carling, Gravenhurst, Milford Bay, Bracebridge
