Heavy rain is expected.

What: Near 100 mm of rain.

Where: Central Coast - coastal sections including Bella Bella.

Remarks: A robust frontal system is bringing heavy rain and strong winds to the region. Over exposed coastal sections, southerly wind will reach 60 km/h with gusts to 80 km/h. Total rainfall amounts near 100 mm can be expected before the rain eases late this afternoon.
