At 7:53 p.m. CDT (8:53 p.m. EDT), Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing strong wind gusts and loonie to ping pong ball size hail.

Thunderstorm Location: 30 km (29 km) southeast of Whitestone Lake 115 km (114 km) northeast of Cat Lake

Motion: Moving quickly to the east at 70 km/h

Hazards: Wind: damaging (90 - 110 km/h) Hail: loonie to ping pong ball size (2.5 to 4.5 cm)
