What: Daytime highs of 29 to 31 degrees Celsius. Humidex values of 33 to 38. Nighttime lows of 16 to 19 degrees Celsius, providing little relief from the heat.
When: From this afternoon until Thursday evening.
Additional information: This multi-day heat event is expected to end on Thursday evening, but may continue into Friday.
Hot and humid air can also bring deteriorating air quality and can result in the Air Quality Health Index approaching the high-risk category.
