At 9:14 p.m. EDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing strong wind gusts and up to quarter size hail.

Thunderstorm Location: About 30 km north of Greenwich Lake

Motion: Moving southeast at 50 km/h

Hazards: Wind: strong (up to 90 km/h) Hail: up to quarter size (up to 2.5 cm)

Damage to roofs, fences, soft shelters or trees is likely. Large hail may cause significant damage and injury.
