At 6:05 p.m. EDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a line of severe thunderstorms capable of producing strong wind gusts, loonie to ping pong ball size hail and heavy rain.
A line of thunderstorms is crossing the region and is affecting areas east and northeast of Sudbury. These storms are moving southeast at about 70 km/h.
