A multi day storm surge event continues for Herschel Island.
Borderline moderate flooding is expected at high tide on Wednesday morning, with the highest water levels reaching near 20 cm above highest astronomical tide.
Tide levels will normalize after high tide tomorrow morning.
These conditions will cause damage to infrastructure near the coast, including boats beached or anchored along the shoreline.
