What: Almost zero visibilities in fog.

When: From late this evening until Friday.

Additional information: Conditions will be conducive to the development of coastal fog which could persist for a period of more than 24 hours. Visibilities could improve temporarily tomorrow during the day before deteriorating again in the evening.
