Conditions are favourable for the development of frost tonight.
Locations: parts of central, western, and southern Newfoundland.
Minimum temperatures: -3 to +3 (coolest in low-lying areas).
Time span: overnight tonight to early Saturday morning.
Remarks: Frost is expected to form as clear skies and light winds coincide with cool temperatures, especially in low-lying areas. Temperatures may remain warmer along parts of the coast which could inhibit frost formation.
