Squall Warning In Effect

Squalls with wind gusts up to 60 knots, frequent lightning, hail up to 3 centimetres and poor to very poor visibility in thunderstorms heavy at times are expected or occurring in the area.

Thunderstorms over eastern Ontario are moving southeast at 40 knots and will track over the east end of Lake Ontario and the St. Lawrence River.
