At 7:56 p.m. PDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing strong wind gusts, up to quarter size hail and heavy rain.
The severe thunderstorm is located about 30 km south of Kersley and is moving eastward at 30 km/h. The severe thunderstorm will impact areas along Highway 97 including Alexandria, Castle Rock, and Marguerite.
