Yellow Warning - Severe Thunderstorm

At 3:41 p.m. MDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a cluster of severe thunderstorms capable of producing strong wind gusts, loonie to ping pong ball size hail and heavy rain.

These severe thunderstorms are located near Vermilion and are moving east at 30 km/h.

Severe thunderstorms can produce tornadoes. Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
