At 12:13 p.m. EDT, a line of severe thunderstorms is located from about 30 km north of Matagami Lake to Matagami then to 15 km southwest of Joutel. These severe thunderstorms are moving northeast at 35 km/h. Strong wind gusts and very heavy rain are possible.
