As of Thursday evening rain, heavy at times, is spreading into southeastern Saskatchewan, and will move into portions of western Manitoba later this evening. The rain is expected to continue all night and through Friday before tapering off Friday evening. Total rainfall in the area covered by this warning will range from 50-70 mm.
Surrounding regions (where a special weather is in effect) will see lessor amounts of 20 -50 mm.

Water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas. Some travel delays are possible. Local utility outages are possible. Some property damage is possible.
