Conditions are favourable for the development of frost tonight.

Locations: the northern Avalon Peninsula, eastern and northeastern Newfoundland, and the Great Northern Peninsula.

Minimum temperatures: -1 to +4 (coolest in low-lying areas).

Time span: early Monday morning.

Remarks: Patchy frost is expected to form as partly clear skies and light winds coincide with cool temperatures, especially in low-lying areas.
