Yellow Warning - Severe Thunderstorm

At 11:46 p.m. EDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a line of severe thunderstorms capable of producing strong wind gusts and very heavy rain.

This line of thunderstorms is located between Le Domaine and Algonquin Provincial Park and is heading east at 30 kilometres per hour.

Heavy rain may cause flash flooding and significant reductions to visibility. Fast-moving and rapidly rising water can sweep vehicles away and damage infrastructure.

Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
