Squall Warning In Effect

Squalls with wind gusts up to 50 knots, frequent lightning, hail of 1 to 2 centimetres and poor to very poor visibility in thunderstorms heavy at times are expected or occurring in the area.

Severe thunderstorms approaching from Michigan will move across southern portions of the lake this afternoon and evening.
