At 6:30 p.m. CST, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking an area of severe thunderstorms capable of producing damaging wind gusts, up to quarter size hail and heavy rain.
There are two severe thunderstorms.
The first thunderstorm is located 10 km north of Primrose Lake. The second thunderstorm is located 50 km west of Canoe Lake.
These thunderstorms are moving toward the northeast at 40 km/h.

Severe thunderstorms can produce tornadoes. Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
