Potential rainfall rates: 25 mm per hour in thunderstorms.

Time span: early this morning.

Remarks: An area of thunderstorms has developed over St. Stephen and Charlotte counties. These storms are tracking eastward and have the potential to become severe.

Heavy rain can cause flash flooding and significant reductions to visibility.
