Yellow Warning - Severe Thunderstorm

At 6:04 p.m. MDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a line of severe thunderstorms capable of producing damaging wind gusts, up to quarter size hail and heavy rain.

This line of thunderstorms extends from 20 km southwest of Hussar to just north of Champion and are moving east at 50 km/h.

Severe thunderstorms can produce tornadoes. Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
