Daytime high temperatures near 30 combined with overnight lows in the mid to upper teens continue.
Some areas the shore of Great Slave Lake may be cooler, though hotter temperatures will occur inland.
The heat will moderate by Thursday, except in Lutsel K'e and Fort Smith, where the heat may last until Friday.

Heat warnings are issued when very high temperature or humidity conditions are expected to pose an elevated risk of heat illnesses, such as heat stroke or heat exhaustion.
