Yellow Watch - Severe Thunderstorm

Conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms that may be capable of producing strong wind gusts, large hail and heavy rain.

Hazards: Hail up to toonie sized. Wind gusts of 90 km/h. Locally heavy rain.

Timing: Late this morning.

Additional Information: A band of strong thunderstorms has formed over south central Saskatchewan this morning and is moving northeast. This thunderstorm activity will weaken over the coming hours but more thunderstorms will develop in the southwest later this afternoon.
