Tornado Warning In Effect

At 1:40 p.m. Central Daylight Time Monday, Environment Canada has issued a marine tornado warning for Lake of the Woods Manitoba. Extra care and attention should be exercised in the following marine areas: Lake of the Woods. Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm that is possibly producing a tornado. Damaging winds, large hail and locally intense rainfall are also possible.
