Yellow Watch - Severe Thunderstorm

Conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms that may be capable of producing heavy rain.

A severe thunderstorm was located 40 kilometres west of Chéticamp, moving southeast at 40 km/h.

Hazards: - Pea to dime size hail. - Heavy rainfall of 15 mm per hour.

Locations impacted include: Chéticamp, Grand Étang, Petit Étang, Belle-Marche, Plateau, La Prairie, Cap Le Moine, St. Joseph du Moine.
