Heavy rain is expected.

What: Near 50 mm of rainfall accumulations.

When: Ending this morning.

Where: Near Sikanni Chief, Pink Mountain, Wonowon, Hudson's Hope and Highway 97.

Remarks: A weather system is bringing heavy rain to the region south of Fort Nelson and sections of the B.C. North Peace River near the Rockies this morning.

Water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas. Visibility will likely be suddenly reduced at times.
