Yellow Watch - Severe Thunderstorm

Conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms that may be capable of producing strong wind gusts and large hail.

What: Wind gusts up to 90 km/h. Up to toonie size hail. Risk of a tornado.

When: This afternoon and evening.

Additional information: Showers and thunderstorms are expected to intensify early this afternoon. Once the storms have intensified there is a risk of a brief tornado.
