Yellow Watch - Severe Thunderstorm

Conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms that may be capable of producing strong wind gusts and large hail.

What: Wind gusts up to 90 km/h. Up to quarter size hail.

When: Early this morning.

Additional Information: A small cluster of thunderstorms is moving east at 50 km/h this morning

Damage to roofs, fences, branches or soft shelters is possible.

Strong wind gusts can damage trees, buildings and overturn vehicles. Severe thunderstorm watches are issued when conditions are favourable for the development of thunderstorms capable of producing damaging hail, wind or rain.
