Orange Warning - Severe Thunderstorm

At 12:30 a.m. MDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a dangerous thunderstorm capable of producing damaging wind gusts, golf ball to tennis ball size hail and heavy rain.

This thunderstorm is just northwest of Crossfield moving east at 30 km/h.

Travel delays and/or cancellations are likely. Driving conditions will likely be difficult. Large hail will likely cause significant damage and injury.

Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
