Yellow Warning - Rainfall

Heavy rain is occurring.

Rain will continue through today into Saturday.

Rainfall amounts near 20 mm have fallen during the last 24 hours. An additional 5 to 10 mm can be expected by Saturday morning allowing for rainfall to reach close to 30 mm.

As the ground remains frozen and unable to absorb water effectively, periods of heavier rainfall may result in localized flooding and washouts.
