Yellow Warning - Severe Thunderstorm

At 7:24 p.m. MDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a cluster of severe thunderstorms capable of producing damaging wind gusts, loonie to ping pong ball size hail and heavy rain.

This cluster of severe thunderstorms is located from 10 km south of Edson to near Niton Junction and is slowly moving to the north.

Severe thunderstorms can produce tornadoes. Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
