Yellow Warning - Severe Thunderstorm

At 4:40 p.m. CDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing damaging wind gusts, loonie to ping pong ball size hail and heavy rain.

Thunderstorm Location: From 15 km northeast of Burditt Lake to Rainy River

Motion: Moving east at 35 km/h

Hazards: Wind: damaging (90 - 110 km/h) Hail: up to quarter size (up to 2.5 cm) Rain: very heavy (50 - 100 mm)
