Squall Warning In Effect

Squalls with wind gusts up to 40 knots, frequent lightning and poor to very poor visibility in thunderstorms heavy at times are expected or occurring in the area.

Thunderstorms extending south from Point Petre are tracking northeast at 40 knots this morning and are expected to track over eastern portions of Lake Ontario and the St. Lawrence River this morning.
