Yellow Warning - Severe Thunderstorm

At 3:00 p.m. CDT, a severe thunderstorm is located about 40 km south of Helldiver Lake. This severe thunderstorm is moving southeast at 40 km/h. Damaging wind gusts, up to quarter size hail and heavy rain are possible.

Large hail may cause significant damage and injury. Heavy rain may cause flash flooding and significant reductions to visibility. Fast-moving and rapidly rising water can sweep vehicles away and damage infrastructure.

Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
