Orange Warning - Severe Thunderstorm

At 1:29 p.m. MDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a dangerous thunderstorm capable of producing damaging wind gusts, loonie to ping pong ball size hail and heavy rain.

This severe thunderstorm is located near Gleichen and is moving toward the southeast at 50 km/h.

Significant damage to buildings and/or trees is likely. Large hail will likely cause significant damage and injury.
