At 11:29 p.m. MDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking an area of severe thunderstorms capable of producing damaging wind gusts, loonie to ping pong ball size hail and very heavy rain.
The thunderstorms stretch north south from Whitefish south to Forestburg.
These storms are moving northeast at 45 km/h.

Heavy rain may cause flash flooding and significant reductions to visibility. Large hail may cause significant damage and injury.
Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
