Yellow Warning - Severe Thunderstorm

At 2:14 p.m. MDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a cluster of severe thunderstorms capable of producing damaging wind gusts, up to quarter size hail and heavy rain.

These severe thunderstorms are located 10 km west of Dickson and are moving toward the east at 60 km/h.

Damage to roofs, fences, soft shelters or trees is likely. Large hail may cause significant damage and injury.

Severe thunderstorms can produce tornadoes. Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
