The first notable snowfall of the season is expected.

Locations: Eagle River, Cartwright to Black Tickle, Norman Bay to Lodge Bay, and Red Bay to L'Anse-au-Clair.

Potential snowfall: near 10 cm inland and over higher terrain.

Time span: Saturday.

Remarks: A developing low pressure system is expected to bring a period of accumulating snow. The snow is expected to be wet and heavy. Snow accumulation may make travel slow or hazardous. Roads could become slippery and difficult to navigate.
