Yellow Warning - Storm Surge

Coastal flooding due to storm surge is expected this evening and early Monday morning in Tuktoyaktuk.

Moderate flooding is expected this evening with water levels reaching 80-90 cm above highest astronomical tide.

However, moderate flooding is more likely early Monday morning, where water levels could reach as high as 1 metre above highest astronomical tide.

Water levels will recede Monday evening.
