Yellow Watch - Severe Thunderstorm

Conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms that may be capable of producing strong wind gusts and heavy rain.

What: Localized rainfall amounts up to 60 mm. Wind gusts up to 90 km/h.

When: This afternoon and early evening.

Additional Information: Localized areas that receive multiple thunderstorms are expected to see the highest amounts.

Damage to roofs, fences, branches or soft shelters is possible.

Heavy rain can cause flash flooding and significant reductions to visibility.
