Yellow Warning - Severe Thunderstorm

At 10:54 a.m. MDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a line of severe thunderstorms capable of producing strong wind gusts, up to quarter size hail and heavy rain.

This severe thunderstorm is located 20 km east of Wandering River and is moving towards the northeast at 30 km/h.

Heavy rain may cause flash flooding and significant reductions to visibility. Large hail may cause significant damage and injury.

Severe thunderstorms can produce tornadoes. Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
