Orange Warning - Severe Thunderstorm

At 9:33 p.m. MDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a cluster of dangerous thunderstorms capable of producing damaging wind gusts, golf ball to tennis ball size hail and heavy rain.

This cluster of severe thunderstorms is located between Didsbury and Carstairs and is moving to the east at 30 km/h.

Large hail will likely cause significant damage and injury.

Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
