Yellow Warning - Heat

A long duration heat event begins today.

What: Maximum temperatures of 30 to 36 degrees Celsius. Minimum temperatures of 21 to 25 degrees Celsius. Humidex values of 37 to 45.

When: Today through Friday, and possibly into the weekend.

Additional Information: Maximum temperatures of 30 to 32 degrees Celsius and humidex values of 37 to 42 are expected today. Heat and humidity will increase further beginning Tuesday with maximum temperatures of 31 to 36 degrees Celsius and humidex values of 40 to 45. Minimum temperatures of 21 to 25 degrees Celsius will provide little relief from the heat.
