Heavy rain is expected.

Rain is expected at Kimmirut over the next couple of days. Rain will begin this morning and will become heavier this evening. Rain will taper off on Wednesday afternoon or evening.

By the time rain ends Wednesday evening, 30 to 50 mm is expected to have fallen.

Some property damage is possible. Landslides may occur in vulnerable areas such as steep slopes, deforested areas or recent burn scars.
