Yellow Warning - Severe Thunderstorm

At 5:14 p.m. EDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing damaging wind gusts, up to quarter size hail and very heavy rain.

A strong line of thunderstorms is heading towards Nominingue and could produce high wind gusts of close to 100 km/h capable of producing significant damage.

Severe thunderstorms can produce tornadoes. Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
