Hot and dry weather expected at the beginning of the week

Highs of 29 degrees Celsius or higher combined with nighttime lows close to 18 degrees Celsius or higher are expected for Monday and Tuesday.

The communities impacted by this hot spell are mainly located south of Radisson and east of Billy-Diamond Road.

Heat warnings are issued when very high temperature or humidity conditions are expected to pose an elevated risk of heat illnesses, such as heat stroke or heat exhaustion.
